Keto Life Market,LLC (“we" and “us") is the operator of
(https://ketolifemarket.com) (“Website"). By placing an order through this
Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure
both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect
and set expectations on our service.
Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our
website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not
be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will
fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would
prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us
to process a refund.
- Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and
destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected
with the purchase.
This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.
- RETURNS ON KITCHEN, FITNESS AND KETO ON THE GO:
- KLM accepts returns for a full refund on certain nonfood products. Defective product may be returned within thirty (30) days of sale under specific warranty allowances. Damaged and defective product replacements will be sent with no freight expense to customer. All damaged products MUST be reported within 48 hours.
- All non-defective returns will be assessed a fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee.
- Non-defective returns will not be accepted thirty (30) days after sale regardless of reason.
- Returns will only be accepted if Product is in resalable condition with all original packaging.
- Customer must allow a one week at minimum for return processing.
Some items may be special order or closeouts with particular suppliers, which are not eligible for return. Vendors may also prohibit certain products from being returned. Each return will be considered, vendor will be notified, and returns will be processed in the manner and condition previously stated. RETURNS ON KETO PET PRODUCTS
- All costs and merchandise are non-refundable unless product is damaged or lost.
- Electric clippers, blades, dryers, tables and cages are guaranteed by the manufacturer.
RETURNS ON ALL COFFEE ACCESSORIES:
A chargeback fee of 20-30% will be assessed on all products returned incomplete and or damaged due to improper packaging. All claims for damage, defective merchandise, errors or shortages must be directed to KLM no later than 2 days after receipt of merchandise.
REPLACEMENTS ON SWAG PRODUCTS:
- All products are unique and produced per order. Returns or exchanges are not supported if customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply doesn’t like the product.
- Once an order has been sent to production it is sent to the Print Provider and can no longer be edited or canceled.
- If the shipment details were incorrect, KLM is not responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds.
- However, KLM can offer a replacement order free of charge if there are any issues with the order, like manufacturing error, printing issues, and such.
- In the case a replacement order is arranged, there is no need to send the original order back to us.
- These types of returns will require all the necessary information and photographic evidence for investigation into the eligibility of the replacement. And investigative info needs to be submitted to KLM , firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of delivery.
PACKAGED FOOD ITEMS
To be eligible for a refund for ALL packaged food items, return the remaining unopened packaged food product within 14 days of purchase. To get a return shipping label, contact support @ email@example.com Your refund will be issued once the returned product is received by the supplier of the purchased product.
Keto Life Market, LLC will happily accept returns on packaged food items, due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received stated above within 14 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in original packaging, unused and in re-sellable condition before 30 days of receipt.
Return shipping will be arranged depending on specific supplier in which the item was ordered and will be directed to via email from firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed after the supplier has received the confirmed items. We’ll then automatically refund you using the tracking number and order, product information.
We will notify you once this has been completed through email.
3.2 Warranty Returns
Keto Life Market,LLC will happily honor any valid warranty claims, provided a
claim is submitted within 3 days of receipt of items.
Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping, however we will
reimburse you upon successful warranty claim.
Upon return receipt of items for warranty claim, you can expect Keto Life
Market,LLC to process your warranty claim within 7 days.
Once warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:
(a) refund to your payment method
(b) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)
- Delivery Terms
4.1 Transit Time Domestically
We do our best to ship out your orders as soon as possible
In general, domestic shipments are processed within 2 business days and are in transit for 3 – 5 days for delivery.
4.2 Transit time Internationally (Not currently available)
If you’re outside the United States, shipping typically takes 2-3 weeks. Depending on your country, there could be customs limitations so please check your country’s policies and fees before ordering.
This varies greatly depending on the shipping destination and amount and cost of goods ordered. We can offer a more specific estimate when you are choosing your preferred time of shipping during checkout.
4.3 Dispatch Time
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment of order
Our support line operates on Monday – Friday 8am-6pm CST during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the support line will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
4.4 Change of Delivery Address
For change of delivery address requests, we can change the address if supplier permits and request is done immediately, before the order has been dispatched. This option is not available for SWAG Products.
.4.5 P.O. Box Shipping
KLM will ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only.
We are unable to offer couriers services to these locations.
4.6 Military Address Shipping
We are able to ship to military addresses using USPS. We are unable to offer
this service using courier services.
4.7 Items Out Of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and
dispatch the rest of the order.
4.8 Delivery Time Exceeded
If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we
can conduct an investigation
- Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be
able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made
available by the shipping provider.
- Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the
parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the
parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer
service within in 2 days of delivery email@example.com
- Duties & Taxes
7.1 Sales Tax
Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the
